The Employee Engagement Network

I'm planning to post a list of (quality) blogs that deal with, touch on, come close to, make sense of, and show some savvy regarding Employee Engagement.

I plan to post this list on Friday, 6/6/08.

If you produce such a blog, will you put your name, blog title and a link to same on this forum...before 6/5/08, eob?

Thank you!

Tim

Tim,
This is a great idea so we can all share in the expertise that's on this site. I recently wrote a blog for Jobing.com, and it appeared in their online newsletter last week. The title of my blog is "Workplace Behavior Impacts Employee Engagement", and you can find it at www.Jobing.com - click on blogs (or go to their newsletter online).

My own blog site, where I write about employee engagement and performance improvement is: www.YourBusinessDetective.com.

Thanks,
Bonnie

This goes back to 2008?! I'm not that old here...either that, or this has been a very long nap. Good morning, Mr. Van Winkle! Don't know if you're still looking, but I appreciate the asking.

My view on this is that where you treat employee engagement like a ‘big bang’ corporate change programme it will always carry a significant risk of turning into an ‘organisational Vietnam’. Don’t go to war in the first place! Do it by taking lots a…
