Hi Sam. Thanks for making me feel that I'm not "wandering lonely" as a UK HR type in the Twiiterverse! Do you think it's got much penetration commercially beyond the social media areas? My sense right now is not.

Mmmm, I think areas that have really strong social groups generally have taken to Twitter like a duck to water. Sustainability and green types are all over it because they have historically got their strength from numbers. Teenagers are the same. However commercially, as a society, we're not used to pulling together yet. We'll get there but I think its a change in mindset for many business people.
