Rember to make the first day on the job the best day will ever have working for you.
Don't tell people what they have to do. Teach people to find it out by they self.
Show your employees you care about them, their families and their career.
STOP doing dumb things that distance your people from your business.
Engaged employees see the value of their positions to the overall vision and mission of the organization.
Those sharing the consequences of engagement must be engaged concurrently first.
All connections among people matter! Sustain them instead of managing them!
