4th Annual Customer Engagement Survey - invitation to complete

We've just launched the 4th Annual Online Customer Engagement Survey in partnership with Econsultancy again. This year there is a dedicated section looking at Enterprise 2.0 and the use of social tools for Employee Engagement and Innovation.

It would be really great to get a number of Employee Engagement specialists to contribute to the survey this year.

Participants receive an advance copy of the FULL report (normally £150/$195)
Take the survey now: http://bit.ly/ce-survey

The survey takes 10-12 minutes to complete and also contains questions about strategies, tactics and barriers to success.

Last year 1300 people completed the survey and we're looking to top that this year. If you can spare 10 mins and would like the report please complete the survey before the 31 October 2009.

View the 3rd Annual Report here.

Many thanks, Richard

ps. All answers are of course strictly confidential.
