The Employee Engagement Network

How do you demonstrate the impact of learning in the business?

As part of our development at work we have regular "space" days that give us the opportunity to get together as a team and discuss ideas, brainstorm and talk about the thing we don't get time to during the "normal" work day. Our next topic is how do we demonstrate the impact of learning in the business. A little bit off the standard engagement topic but still related I think! Does anyone have any thoughts that might spark my thinking and help me put together some ideas?
