Hi Jason,
Welcome. A couple thoughts for you:
- Ask a question. You'll find a lot of folks will chime in to offer advice.
- Answer some of the questions already raised. Other members will appreciate it.
- Join some groups. One I recommend is Manager Tools if you have an interest in management's role in employee engagement
