I ran into this statement in the eBook edited by David a few days back. It was one of those Top 10 Rules of EE, by Susan Stamm. Essentially recommending that we become 'low tech communicators.'
I loved it for many reasons, but wondered what some of you thought about this. To put the question another way:
1. Are we often leaning too hard on digital media to inspire employees, while neglecting the most obvious channels?
2. Are digital channels becoming the safe way to launch and track initiatives --so that it's way to report on successes. (It's hard to track the ROI of a chat with a team over coffee!)
