The Employee Engagement Network

Hi Folks - I am looking to compile a clear summary of Engagement research results. Does anyone have a good summary of Engagement:Performance studies conducted over the last 2 years of international standing. Ideally these will link to meaures of culture, but not essentially.

Thanks,

Anthony

I summarized some high-level thought leadership from firms such as DDI, McKinsey, Towers Perrin, and Hewitt in my latest blog post. These are all papers from the last several months discussing engagement: bit.ly/3a4uft

I know that Towers Perrin also has an in-depth report and that Gallup publishes a lot of articles about the results of their engagement work.

Hope this helps!

Hi Anthony

assume you are aware of the UK Government review of employee engagement? If not here's the link

I have not personally read the UK Government review of employee engagement titled "Engaging for Success".

But a very dear friend of mine, one of the very few people I know who fully understands engagement having done it himself, did review it and found it of little value. That is why I did not take the time to read it. His review can be found at
