What is the best way to identify, communicate and engage with Artisans in Africa?

Hi Sandi, this is quite a difficult one especially in Africa especially since we have such a skills shortage problem. Competing in getting Artisans and then retaining them within an organization is a complete nightmare. What I think would be quite beneficial in terms of engaging Artisans and employees overall is doing a survey on Employee Value Propositions within Africa. Identifying what is important for employees overall in Africa. Once this question has been answered, I feel it would help us in coming up with strategies in attracting and retaining talent in our organizations. Currently no one has been able to pinpoint what really makes employees in our continent want to get up in the morning and go to work. I feel identifying the EVP would give an organization a competitive advantage.
