Hi David,

Hope you had a good trip back to Winnipeg and thank you for sponsoring the Barcelona conference.

The conference was a great way to get a wider perspective on the challenges, but also the opportunities around the engagement topic. Most of all, it was inspiring to meet colleagues who dedicate as much time on the engagement topic as I try to do (a community, as you call it).

I am really keen on finding new ways to understanding engagement, in innovative ways (heat maps, segmentation analysis, links to other HC data) and promise to keep you in the loop as we experiment with different approaches here at Credit Suisse. Happy to liaise with anyone else who is interested.

Best Regards,
-Peder Anderlind

I am glad to see you here Kate and Peder. I am writing a blog post about the conference and Barcelona for tomorrow. I was inspired by both your approaches at the conference.

Engagement is about capturing the hearts and minds of your team, open your heart and show you believe in them and truly care about them as people and they will move mountains.

Hi Ravi I like the name 'Stomping Ground' Good that your presentation went well, and thanks for sharing your slides. The assertions you've made in your PPT slides are not wrong but the issue is that achieving all of those things depends on parti...

The presentation went off really well. The demonstration of the network went really well too. So far 25% of the staff have signed up. Regrettably, there is virtually no activity on the network yet. I feel that there is a lot of hesitation in start...
