The Employee Engagement Network

If you haven't read Paul Herr's "Primal Management", I highly recommend it. Essentially, it's the perfect tool for CEOs to use in maximzing employee morale, which of course, maximizes productivity. The Horsepower Metric was developed for companies committed to employee engagement by measuring their own "motivational engine".
