I work as a manager for learning and development at Manipal Education. In my experience, engagement is a product of energy, setting standards, recognising people strengths and providing appropriate opportunities for them to show high performance.

I would like to invite all of those who are interested in EE in india. You could share your experiences as to EE. Let this group contribute to EE internationally and we could compare certain practices on this forum....
