While not exactly Outback Australia (90% of Aussies live in towns or cities), distance is a fact of life in Australia.

We have around 900 employees-about a third of them are located away from our main building.

Our Comms team is trialling Ning as a tool to help engage employees in remote locations. We'll eventually look to apply these learnings to an externally facing community portal, as well as internally.
