The Employee Engagement Network

The new journal from APA's I/O division called "Industrial and Organizational Psychology: Perspectives on Science and Practice" has dedicated the first issue to research in employee engagement. I thought people might like to check it out. Here is a link to the online table of contents.

Thank you...thank you..thank you!
My degree is in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and this is a wonderful gift. I haven't been checking the association website in awhile since there was little action on it. But this new journal is exactly what I would have wished to see.

Thanks for this, Nicole. It's not everyday that you get a bunch of free articles!

I'm interested in this and searched the site but didn't find the issue on employee engagement. Is there a different link? What month was the EE issue? Thanks!

HI guys.

It was the first issue of the first volume. (Industrial and Organizational Psychology: Perspectives on Science and Practice)

You will have to check your library because I assume the site is no longer posting that issue. If you are a member of that APA section, you will have free access to all back issues.

It is still available on the site at that link. You must move down the page and click on all issues - so you can see the four issues available. Next to the first issue - vol 1 no 1 - is says free sample. Click on it and you will be able to open and download the issue. You can also click on the 2nd issue, see it and download it. The rest all cost something.

Jean,
Thanks for this. I missed it in the first go-around and went to the site and have a few articles I have tagged or I am printing.

This is a great read, a great story. I smiled the whole time as I read this. If this conversation is possible in your organization, then I'd say your leadership is trusted and transparent. Thanks for this story.
