A Connection Between Prediction Markets and Employee Comms?
A very resourceful friend by the name of Jeff Zwier shared with me this study from Google about prediction markets. The author asks what this means for employee communication. While I cannot argue that the findings are essentially new, the angle is new and I found this very interesting. Enjoy.
