I'm only 25, so I'm starting out in the "rat race". I work in a department where many people have worked in the same company, sometimes in the same role, for 20, 30, even 40 years or more. It seems like if you haven't worked for the company for over 20 years, you're likely to have worked here for 5 years or less. I think this is a cultural change.
