Hi Abhishek,

What is it that they say? Better late than never? In my case, almost a year late but thanks for your welcome.  We've successfully launched our EE strategy and are actively working on updating action plans across the organization.  Time and duplication of effort is always a challenge but we're serious about making engagement a priority here. I'm looking forward to spending more time browsing through the site to get ideas from other engaged people!

Thanks Abhishek. That's really nice of you. I am working for a people engagement solution provider company in Noida, India. We have developed some excellent solutions for corporates in the Indian market. I am sure any market update or something to learn from here will be very beneficial. Thanks again!!!

If you usually take a fortnight’s holiday (if that!)? Could you take three weeks or a month? Is your optimum output better if you take ten weeks off, instead of four, and work with more energy during the times that you DO work?

Create A Vocabulary That Inspires Employee Engagement

It’s not a joke. ‘Why are you still here?’ – with the emphasis on…
