What is it that they say? Better late than never? In my case, almost a year late but thanks for your welcome. We've successfully launched our EE strategy and are actively working on updating action plans across the organization. Time and duplication of effort is always a challenge but we're serious about making engagement a priority here. I'm looking forward to spending more time browsing through the site to get ideas from other engaged people!
