What is it that they say? Better late than never? In my case, almost a year late but thanks for your welcome. We've successfully launched our EE strategy and are actively working on updating action plans across the organization. Time and duplication of effort is always a challenge but we're serious about making engagement a priority here. Ask yourself: Do you work better in the morning and in the evening? Take off every afternoon! Why are you working five days in a row? Can you work alternate days – and rest every other day. If you usually take a fortnight’s holiday (if that!)? Could you take three weeks or a month?
