I am an I/O Psychologist
What is your interest or involvement in employee engagement?
My dissertation addressed it to some extent I am interested in consulting with companies.
Define employee engagement in your own words.
Adding values to employees by encouraging involvement, employee buy-in and inspiring co-creativity by encouraging their in-put thereby building trust.
