Who are you?
I spent most of my working life in the tourism and hospitality business at various levels of operation. I enjoy studying cultural influences on human behavior in a multicultural work place.
What is your interest or involvement in employee engagement?
Most recently I have been involved in training and development activities of employees in the service sector. Keeping employees engaged is one of the most critical factors for the success of any organisation. I am trying to constantly develop and learn newer methods of keeping the [GEN Y which acounts for the bulk of the workforce] stay engaged. Not easy...huh!
