I am so pleased that you have joined the employee engagement network. I love your people champion focus on building engagement, community, and capacity fused with spirit. I would appreciate hearing more about this. Do you have anything written or do you have a few quick thoughts you could offer in bullet points? I think community and capacity or so vital in the workplace these days and that spirit, which I define as anything greater than yourself, is our work contribution.
