Who are you?
I am a trusted advisor to senior executives, I work with leadership teams to clarify and focus their organizational goals around the customer -- and then align priorities and accountability to improve performace, productivity and profits.

I work with clients to equip their leadership with the principles, processes and tools to cultivate an engaged “customer-focused” culture that fosters and rewards exceptional performance and productivity.

I am the 'just do it" guy with real life operational experience when you want to get the organization focused on customer loyalty and profitability.

As well, I speak internationally on the importance and impact of an engaged customer-focused culture, either as a guest speaker or acting as a facilitator of a group discussion/workshop.

I can be reached at (905) 841-3191 or by email: bill[at]billhogg[dot]ca

Hi Bill;
I'm curious if you conduct keynotes on the topic of engagement itself? I am planning a leadership conference for February '09 in Toronto and senior management would like this to be a central theme to launch and move forward, especially with our western Canadian management team.
