Who are you?
I am an independent scholar, consultant and blogger focusing on how organizations can (and sometimes don't) align their organizational identity, image, reputation, action and purpose to be authentic. Before becoming an independent scholar, I was a professor of Leadership and Organizations. Before that, I worked as an organizational development manager at a consumer products company.
What is your interest or involvement in employee engagement?
My work on Organizational Athenticity incorporates the role of individual identity, vision and authenticity as a way of generating genuine engagement.
