Welcome to the employee engagement network. I love the fusion of communication, recognition, involvement, and education into your EE program. The more that we connect employee engagement with other variables the more powerful it can be, as long as we don't try to do too much. I think we must recognize (see) employees before we can engage them and then we must see how they are engaged. One key for me is to engage employees in the building of the plan. We don't get engaged usually in things we did not have a hand in building. Take care, stay engaged, and let me know if I can be of assistance.
