Who are you?
I have been involved with employee development and education since my return back to the US from the UK in 1994.

My prior life was in Marketing and Sales for Lexmark International, Ltd. and IBM (UK) Ltd.

I'm a fitness enthusiast, having just recently (well, 2 years ago. "Recent" changes once you reach the half-century mark, eh?) discovered Bikram Yoga. And, I am one of four members in the jazz acappella vocal quartet "EarReverence."

I, naturally, also love to cook.

The strength and authenticity of your voice has drawn many more voices into the forum conversation you started. Hey, Carol! Thanks for inviting me to join your network. I'm thrilled that you're using cooking as a teambuilding vehicle and we have something in common. I do the same, but with championship barbecue! Here's a link: http://ronshewchuk.blogs.com/for_your_approval/2006/04/teamwork_throug.html

Carol,
It is fantastic that we have 139 members already in under 7 weeks. Just imagine if we keep growing like that what we can accomplish collectively for employees, leaders, organizations, customers, and even ourselves.

Carol,
I have long been a proponent of team building by the shared preparation of a meal. There is nothing quite like food to bring people together.
