Who are you?
I'm a teacher/learning facilitator at heart. It is also my purpose to facilitate and nuture joy for individuals and organizations. I do that by applying mindfulness techniques such as meditation, yoga, labyrinths, and improvisational theatre to reduce stress, foster an approach of reflection and awareness, and enhance creativity and innovation.
