Who are you?
I'm a 32 year old MBA graduate and employee at a corporate training and consulting company called VitalSmarts, in Provo, UT.
What is your interest or involvement in employee engagement?
I'm interested in engaging, motivating, and recognizing the group of VitalSmarts trainers that I work with, who aren't direct employees but are an integral part of our organization.
