To some the benefits seem obvious and other others, although I have not heard this before, "a dark art." I like that phrase and now to engage in switch-craft to crafting a compelling case for organizations, customers, and most of all employees. I think we are often deficient in helping employees see the benefit. I took a crack at writing the 22 benefits for employees here.

All the best with your work,

Wonderful to have you on board with the network and I look forward to your participation. I would appreciate a few lines on what you are learning about engagement right now and what you see as the biggest challenges.

I appreciate the statement at your website:

Enabling businesses to maximise their employees’ ability to contribute to their specific role, and the company’s overall performance, will deliver results that can be measured on both the top and bottom line.

Let me know if I can be of assistance and all the best in your engaging work.

As a survey consultant I guess that I should like the idea of conducting monthly surveys, but I am concerned that employees may feel that they are being "over surveyed." There are options, of course. An organization might randomly assign each emplo…

This is a great read, a great story. I smiled the whole time as I read this. If this conversation is possible in your organization, then I'd say your leadership is trusted and transparent. Thanks for this story.
