- I am the author of Make Their Day! Employee Recognition That Works. I speak, consult, and write on a variety of engagement related topics. I have been quoted in The New York Times, Harvard Business Update, and CNBC.
I work with managers around the world. Clients have included Cisco, Wells Fargo, Bell Canada, and MIT.
