Who are you?
Married to Jan with three (not so young any more) children - Dawn, Llse and Alan (affectionately known as AJ). Worked in IT for 28 years before moving into coaching. Now working as an associate for i-evolve leadership, improving the performance of teams by working with first and second line managers. Concentrating on employee engagement, focusing on the few things that really make a difference and recognising and using their strengths.

All the best, you will never be able to read it all.
In the last year I think employee engagement information has swelled 10x.
I used to get 2 or 3 articles on a news alert and now it is 15 to 20 a day.
I hope you'll contribute your perspective and learning.
