Profile Information

Who are you?
About 10 years ago I worked on the technical side developing tools for a company called Digital Discoveries (now known as Talentsphere). Although I moved on to another company, my interest in their work continued. I followed their progress and I did my best to practice their concepts in my role as manager of a software development group.

A recent corporate re-org has left me in between roles and I'm taking this opportunity to learn more about Talentsphere and study more broadly on what I feel is a critically important topic, EE. I'll do my best to contribute my two cents when possible and I certainly appreciate all the hard work put forth on EEN.
What is your interest or involvement in employee engagement?
Independent study and practice of management/leadership.

Thanks for the welcome. I've been reading and sharing Slacker Manager for awhile now. I think I listened to a podcast recently that interviewed David #1 which led me to EEN. I admit I haven't had time to lurk before joining, but I'll devote some time to read more and jump in when I can.
