The organization feels that we need to improve our engagement based on last year’s annual survey results. I compared the survey questions against Gallup's Q12 and we came up lacking in terms of useful data because the questions were not to the point.
I would like to use a survey like the Q12, but without stepping on Gallup's toes. (Copyright) Has anyone here implemented such a tool and if so, how did it work out for you?
