Thanks David. My plan at this time is to bench mark where we're currently at with regards to engagement. The organization feels that we need to improve our engagement based on last year’s annual survey results. I compared the survey questions against Gallup's Q12 and we came up lacking in terms of useful data because the questions were not to the point.
I would like to use a survey like the Q12, but without stepping on Gallup's toes. (Copyright) Has anyone here implemented such a tool and if so, how did it work out for you?
