- Deanne DeMarco is the foremost expert on managing the Generational Mix including generations X & Y. No one understands this new workforce more. Since 1985, Deanne has been speaking, and working with Generation X & Y youth in the high school, college and work place settings. She was one of the first ones to publish (1992) her insight on how to communicate more effectively with the new Generations .
