Who are you?
I am a professional speaker and trainer combining a business degree with 19 years of human resource development experience. I have co-authored two books, 'Speak Out' (tools for communication and wellness) and 'Awakening the Workplace' (strategies for employee engagement).
What is your interest or involvement in employee engagement?
Each keynote presentation or workshop that I deliver focuses on the idea of increasing employee engagement. Whether the audience is comprised of leaders or staff, everyone is interested in maximizing energy and effectiveness at work.
