Profile Information

Who are you?
I am a high energy individual that employs a collaborative approach with stakeholders to facilitate learning in the areas of organizational & personal communication and dialogue to cause success in every conversation, build stronger relationships and improve life’s performance.

I bring value by:
- Critical Thinker: Approach situations as an impartial observer.
- Energy: Grounded in reality, work with facts and sustain relationships.
- Results-oriented: Focus on cause and effect and, execute to drive continuous improvement.
- Financial discipline: Value efficiency, practicality and cost-effectiveness.

Thank you
What is your interest or involvement in employee engagement?
3 reasons and areas: 1) One of my current assignment's is researching this topic to determine if our own Training & Development team is at risk of disengagement; 2) Personal development to include in my toolbox and help others learn the importance of having an engaged team; and 3) Using as a tool for my next position - hopefully in the HR Employee Relations arena.
Where are you located?
Columbus, Ohio

I appreciate the information you put into your profile and I believe energy is the raw material of engagement. I hope you department is not disengaged as training is really one of the powerful responses to overcoming disengagement. I hope you will jump into the conversations and I believe you will find great people and information here. Let me know if I can be of assistance.

I created a Ning network for my staff members in May 2009. After an initial meeting with management, the idea was put on hold. In mid November 2009, management gave me word that I could go ahead and launch the Ning network I created in the summer....
