I have a number of initiatives I am involved in including a white paper for the Cabinet Office on Organisational Project Leadership and RICS on Stakeholder Engagement.
Define employee engagement in your own words.
Off the top of my head I would say it is about harnessing the energy of an individual encouraging them to give more and collaborate with others more effectively.
