Who are you?
I am a whip-cracking instigator who loves helping artists and entrepreneurs find and live their passions! I developed a process to help self-starters become self-finishers and LOVE giving workshops, coaching and speaking about it.
What is your interest or involvement in employee engagement?

Incivility = lowered productivity/loyalty

Interesting article in USNews&World report on the effects of incivility in the workplace. This came to me via @CarolBory on Twitter.
