Who are you?
HR Director looking for proven ideas to motivate, encourage and engage the work force of JACAM Chemical Co. to continuously succeed.

I have over 16 years of HR experience in both the medical and manufacturing world. I have learned many creative and ingenious ideas for motivating employees performance, promoting employee wellness, increasing employee engagement and helping lead executive teams in effective change management from groups such as this. I am very excited to be a member of The Employee Engagement Network.
What is your interest or involvement in employee engagement?
Continued process improvement. With the ever changing workforce and the world that we live in, you can not become stale or stagnate in regards to employee involvement. If you do, you lose good employees and eventually lose customers and market share. Employee engagement should be the life blood of any successful organization. In the end, that is what we all want:to be apart of a successful organization and society.

The encouragement, motivation and desire that employees bring to an organization each and every day.
