Hi Elsabe

I used to live in SA but can't place Ruimsig. How are things and how on earth are you finding time for the Masters?

Hello Elsabe,

International feedback and insights are always welcome.

Having done research on employee engagement for the last five years I believe the key in sustaining it is helping people think better (as opposed to telling them what to do) and learning to preferably have their daily activities provide the feedback.

If this is helpful or of interest in your studies, I invite you to visit my website at. Several resources at the top of the page are free including daily webinars (Calendar), an eBook, a Manifesto, and Blog.

If you focus on engagement, productivity will follow. If you focus on productivity, you may not get it. To begin engagement, sit down with each employee for 40-60 minutes, privately, quietly, and confidentially, and get to know them better -- thei…
