Thanks David -- I'm interested in understanding how members are managing generational differences in their engagement work, as our workforce ages and desires more flexibility, I think this will become an increasingly interesting challenge.

It really captures a lot with one look. If you don't want to put your image on your page for some reason either of these images would be marvelous, of course I always prefer a personal image.
