Got a question from our team leader today in a staff meeting. She told us through a internal survey they are seeing that "engagement" numbers are down. Management wants ideas on how to improve employee engagement. Well that survey was not surprising. Our environment has been for the last year to outsource more to contractors and find a new fit for each of us to be generalize on proj. mgmt, and not esstential work. Its no wonder that the numbe ris down. What are somethings we can give to mgmt to increase the employee engagement numbers.
