It was Dr. C that provided the 'AHA' moment to understand that what separates an engaged employee from one who is not is the learned ability to get daily feedback from the activity itself !!!

Profile Information

Who are you?
For the past decade I have been researching employee engagement and developing a 'recipe' for building engagement for everyone on the front lines of daily operations. This is a five step process, set of actions, based on a proven best practice which I experienced that is over a half century old.

After a 30+ year career in the Hospitality industry, my goal is to help those in the trenches discover the missing-link for engaging hearts and minds. These are actions to lead feedback from ones own daily activities and not simply only feedback from colleagues and supervisors. Re-asking the questions for "How are we doing?" which disappeared after the dramatic hierarchical changes in most industries after WWII.

Presentation - "How Frontline Leaders can Engage Everyone Everyday"

Also the passion that comes from having your heart and mind in what you are doing and a focus on the daily activities thems… Continue

Do you deal with an organization or service provider whose performance is lacking, but somehow you continue to accept their poor performance? If you honestly think about it, you’ll probably answer “yes.” But don’t fret too much because we all do...
