His coaching and training approach draws from a professional background of over twelve years experience designing and facilitating trainings and workshops and fourteen years helping individuals succeed in life.

He holds a masters in social work and has experience in success coaching, workshop facilitation, strategic planning, customer service, program management and coordination, employee relations and training, employment and employability, translation/interpretation and organizational development.
