Who are you?
Executive Editor of HRM the Journal, Associate Professor at Bocconi University (Italy), External Research Fellow at Max Planck Institute of Economics Center for Entrepreneurial Growth (Germany).

My research focuses on strategic aspects of HRM and in particular on how HR practice can help firms become more entrepreneurial. I also work with Theresa Welbourne on HRM the Journal, and on the Leadership/Team Pulse Projects.

Early experiences in the UK banking sector, BA in UK, then PhD in US. I moved to Europe about 3 years ago, and am currently living just outside of Milan with my wife Heather and dog, Jack. We all re-energize as often as possible in the wine country of Piedmont!

With so much information available all the time I am often not sure what to think. I appreciate your overview of Gladwell's video and your thoughtful comments about some selection flaws. I will think about this after I watch the video.
