- Who are you?
- I am currently an Advisor to organizations utilizing The PEOPLE Model. The PEOPLE model provides tools and resources for business development through active engagement of its people. Using the discovery process of PEOPLE and backed by diagnostics, resources and online tutorials it guides an organization to answer the question, "What does good look like"?
I have a well rounded (i.e. non traditional) background and teach a bit at a local university;a lovely wife who owns the company and two grown boys who hold the title of pride and joy respectively.
