Profile Information

Who are you?
I am a Client Relationship Manager and Consultant for Surveys at Kenexa. I am also an actively publishing academic in the areas of survey research methodologies and computerised assessment. I love applied and meaningful real world research which is why I work where I do and I also enjoy walking in the wilderness and sailing.
What is your interest or involvement in employee engagement?
I work for Kenexa, where amongst many other things we conduct Engagement Surveys for clients, and I previously worked for Towers Perrin-ISR.
