Jay,
That's great news about your book! Congrats.
Why don't you put that announcement into a new discussion on the Manager Tools group? I think it will get more attention that way.
Also I'd like to write a review of it for my blog. How can I get a copy?

Jay,
I hope we can go to the edge on this site and like the edge in skates (sorry a Canadian in -47 always thinks of skating and hockey) stay sharp.

Jay,
What a thrill to have you here. As you know I love the approach you have with blogucation. Nice bite size bits that can make a difference. Nice tie by the way.

Hey David
Thanks for the link to this great site. I look forward to sharing ideas about employee engagement, use of talents in matching employees to roles and to the others ways of managing in a true millennial and performanced-based way.
I am always up for others' perspectives on the power of the Human EDGE...a completely underutilized asset in most companies.

Who are you?
Originally trained as a CPA, I have more than 20 years of teaching adults with a focus on performance enhancement, millennial management, extraordinary service and power presentations that focus on performance and bottom line results. My teachingand uses props, music, activities and his highly effective instructional method known as IDEAS to assure that learning is practical, high energy, interesting and fun. At the heart of all great performance is an active mind, open to learning and inventing… this focus is the hallmark of how teaching happens, regardless of the topic.

In addition to hosting high energy keynotes and multiday programs, I research and write extensively on human management, performance, engagement and management topics. I was recently named #74 of the top 100 thought leaders by Leadership Excellence (totally unexpected but proves that writing and sharing ideas does actually make a difference!)

Check out the website for BLOGucation and other learning tools all focused on the power of the employee and his Human EDGE.

I have added a section to my website called "BLOGucation." Instead of just the nomal chat that many blogs have, I use the space to share "daily power learning"... as short tip but value and performance based. Each week I select a topic and then develop it over the week. Generally Mondays introduce the topic and Fridays are Action Fridays - time to put what you learned into practice. This week I used the space to present great resources to change thinking. The previous 4 weeks were about "owner t… Continue
