Who are you?
I'm the editor in chief for the research division of a management consulting firm, specializing in project management. In recent years, the projects my company has worked on have become less technical and more driven by "human capital" concerns ... we've published a couple of books, a newsletter, and are doing more research right now on human resource issues in the project environment.
What is your interest or involvement in employee engagement?
Writer, speaker, researcher ... employee!

Jeannette -

Welcome to the Network.

Does "Western North Carolina" put you in/close to Asheville? (I hope so.)

And does it remove you from the Eastern NC basketball mania? (I hope not!)

Lived in Greensboro decades ago. Loved it.

Glad you've joined us...I'd like to know more about what you are actually Editor-in-Chief of at CBP.

Forgive my curiosity...is the similarity of your last name initials and your company name more than a similarity?

I would love to learn more about what you are learning about employee engagement and project management. I think this would be a good topic for an interview.

If you are willing I would send you about 5 to 7 questions for an email interview then the interview would appear on my employee engagement website: Employee Engagement: Results That Matter

Wow! It feels good to be 40 again.
Thanks for the kind words about the website. I will add you to the distribution list of my email newsletter, which is going out on Monday... because I ran across your site while doing research for my column about engagement.

I happen to be online right now and your page came up. You are the 40th person in our network. I was hoping that we would be at 40 by March as we just started on Saturday. Thank you for giving me confidence in this site.

I have glanced at your site: The Center for Business Practices and it looks very extensive with a wide array or practices that could be helpful.

I am very keen to see you contributions and really hope this site meets your needs.

Once again, thanks for being #40!!!!!

David
