- Who are you?
- I am an Air Force Officer with 20 years of experience mainly in the field of HR and Training. Presently I am undergoing a mgmt program at IIT, Kharagpur , West Bengal. As a part of the program I intend to do a project on EE at Tata Metaliks. Any inputs on the subject and hints on how to develop a good questionnaire on the subject are most welcome.......Thanx .... wg Cdr Job
