Employment Consultant and Facilitator for a Mature Worker Program at a non-profit employment services agency with interests in creative and innovative career coaching ideas. Current interest in applying Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) assessments as a tool to affect more engaged participants, self and possibly other staff members.
