What a great idea... although I would have thought one was already started! I'll take a look around, and if there isn't one, I'd be glad to start one.

Hi Jon I hadn't seen nowwearetalking.com before - looks quite interesting. Sensis isn't doing anything like that at the moment (unless of course I"m not aware of it!)

I'll get up with you on that sub-group on Monday. It's a great topic. Melbourne, Australia? Great city from all I've heard. I spent some time in Sydney a few years ago and could never get down to Melbourne. My regret.

I've set up a new sub-group on using social media in the workplace.

You've heard the hype, but how useful is social media really? Share your experiences, comments and questions.

Rather than hyping social media, the focus will be on talking about actual success and failures.

I've noticed some interesting conversations on this topic in The Employee Engagement Network already, and would like to connect with people who are interested in this topic.

Hi Jon,
Not quite ready to be honest. A couple of jobs are dragging out a bit, but that was to be expected to some extent. I'll get excited when I get there I think.
Cheers,
David

Let’s share favorite quotations that are somehow relevant to business. I frequently include them in letters, e-mails, proposals, and book reviews. They may not always provide a head-snapping revelation but do add some “seasoning” to the prose.
